Billing Cycle Change without intimation & Reward Point transfe

Regret to note that all my reward points, earned by transactions made, have been transfered to totally imint without any intimation also the billing cycle has been changed now the credit period offered is 48 days. It seems that the ICICI Bank can do all these without intimation there card holders.
