Undue charges on credit cards

I am a credit card holder of icici bank since last 3 years and using and paying regularly payment of the card used. Since last three months unwanted charges are coming in statement of my credit card and i had been trying to complaint for this on customer care no. 079 66309890. But every time when i am connected with customer care and when i entered my credit card no. i get message sorry time is finished. so please see in matter and solve problem immediately
