Interest Charged for Grace period

Sir,

I am using icici bank gold credit card. I made a purchase of rs 14039 i failed to pay whole amount at one, i made payment of minimum amount as mentioned in credit card statement.now when i recived my next statement they have also charged for the grace period which i had according to your executives. so i just want ask i havent seen this type of interest any where. No bank can charge for grace period. i am not going to pay any amount unless or until this interest taken back. If icici bank will not take it back then i will go to consumer court to this problem. If icici have this type of rules so you should clear this before offering your cards.
