Unreasonable Late penalty Fee

I missed the last statement payment for a paltry sum of less than Rs.500/- as min. payment & max. of 9k plus on my credit card NO: 4477 4736 8525 3002 on due date, but paid it on intimation by phone from the concerned, promissing that ther will not be any late fee. However, I find a charge of Late Payment Fee of Rs. 400/- in your statementdated 21 Oct. This is totally unacceptable. I want it reversed at the earliest if I am to continue with transaction on this card and the Platinum card also.

You may note that I have already scaled down the use of your cards as your service is defective and exploitive, to say the minimum. I regret to bring to your notice my feelings. My Mobile No. 98400-47941 for communication.
