ICICI Bank Credit Card
My savings account with ICICI Bank has been kept in lien status in account to credit card due

Dear Sir,

My savings account with icici bank has been kept in lien status for not paying due against the credit card. The card number is 4477460524633007. However, the bank failed to send me any statement of the due amount and without giving any prior notice the bank has withdrawn an amount of 34, 000 from my account. When i called the customer care to remove the lien status, a request was taken to debit the amount instead of taking lien status removal request. Please advise
