Settellment and close my account

Espected sir

last 3 months i am not piad the minimum dues bu in january they can lien to my saving bank account after that i am contactrd to icici officil for removing my lien they can say that your account is closed and u cant transaction from your credit card and saving bank account till the payment has been made. then i will say that i will pay that amount. after that settel ment officer will say that your account is setteled for rupees 50000 in two instalment one is rs 42379 and and another is 7621 on 15th feb and providing a letter dated on 15th jan no is icno1del/0113248/4..but between that date they can made a transaction of rs 974 and levid interest of rs 1400. so when i contact to icici they can say that your account is normal and setteled. at that moment i am asking that if my account is setteled and closed how u made that transaction on 27th jan and 3rd feb. so they can sey that that amount is reversal but stiil now they cant reversal these transation.so sir plese can u lodge a complaint against tthat officer who will missguided and give wrong information.
