Flase Charged & No Reply of Emails

Dear Sir, I have a credit card since 5 years, My Credit Card No 4477463799835000 been charged cash reversal of Rs 25000/- Since some one has deposit cash to my credit card Account it is not my fault. yet the money is gone to icici bank credit card account. Now after 6 month the bank demans Cash reverse For What? the money has gone to credit card account to their deposit. I have not beniffit So Why ICICI demands to me to pay Rs 25000/- I have mailed 8 mails but no reply. I spoke to the person Who once called me on 21.5.2009 he told me he will get back & speak to the manager There is no Reply. Sir Why I should been charged for. I pay my bill regularly in Time Full amount every month still there are telling me I have to pay Rs25000/- for which I have not taken.?

I have taken a policy from Star Health Insurance I was told to pay by instalment.yet there charged me the full mount Rs 5000/- I paid the full amount. Next Month statement there have charged me EMI for Rs 5000/- Which I had paid. For What reson I should pay?

Sir Please tell them to come to my residence address & solve the issue immediately. There want me to come to their office. Which I dont have time. Since My mother is Hospitalized & I am very much busy. So Irequest ICICI Person to come & solve the Issue as early as possible.
