with reference to above I would like to inform you that I am in receipt of statement dated:09-05 with a late payment fee of Rs. 600/- and interest charges of Rs. 393.70/-.

Although, I haven't received previous statement of April'2008 for which reason I am likely to pay such charges, though there is no fault on my part.

Now, you are requested to reverese such charges in my statement. Your kind co-operation and necessary action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
