ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD/ PERSONAL BANKING
Blocked my account balance without my permission

Hi,

I am here by to draw your attention that my personal salaried account on ICICI Bank has blocked my amount 27, 000/- (appox) they put it into ledger balance and it's showing the available balance which is -3514/- against a credit card outstanding payment which they say that its is 30, 000 now without my permission. I would like to say that, the credit card of ICICI Bank which I had 3-4 yrs back I have made the last payment of 1500/- in the month of July'07 and asked the collection guy for settlement. But, no body turned up yet and I haven't received any letters or statement after that. Point to notice is that the maximum limit of that card is 13, 000 only and I had a few initial payments like 15000/- many times. Now, when I am following up with them from last 3 days and even I am ready for settlement but not for 30k. Unfortunately, no body helping me to release my amount from the bank side and collection dept. I have recorded all the telephonic conversation for the same as proof. Can you help me to get my money back. Please revert me asap.
