ICICI Bank credit cards & ICICI Lombard Heath Insurance
Charged for health policy but policy not delivered

I was offered health insurance police for my family by ICICI Lombard to be charged on my credit card number 4477468511725009 in January. Had not asked for EMI but was still charged interest. Paid EMIs on time for four months but when didn't get my policy despite several reminders to curtomer care, stopped paying EMIs in April/May. Was defaulted and am being harassed for payment. On being ask for the policy, credit card customer executives ask me to contact ICICI Lombard guys and the latter ask for the policy number which I never got.
