I am regular user and made regular payment of ICICI credit card.(for that you check my previous year details) but recently 3/4 months back (November - Feburary) i am not received your statement and due to that there is some late payment. for that you were charge every month (last 2 / 3 months) late payment fees, Inteerest Charge, etc. (please check last 2/ 3 statements)

Hence it is humble request to vaive (cansel) my late payment fees, intrest charges etc from November to feburary)
