Incorrect charges levied on credit card and no response from the bank

My credit card was charged with unknown amounts (appx 65000) and even after complianing abt it; there wwas no help coming from ICICI. They started following up and threatening my parents and used foul language while calling them day in and day out. I paid off the amount (Rs65, 000) under protest to stop them from troubling my parents but since then, they have not responded to my queries

I have all the correspondence with the them - please let me know what action is required from my side to take this complaint ahead
