VENDOR CANCELLED AGREEMENT-EMIS TILL DEDUCTED

Re: Loan No. LOCAL00014351903- Loan amount – Rs. 5, 00, 000/-Loan cancellation

This is with reference to your letter dated 4-11, I am to inform you that the vendor M/S TECHNOPARK of 54 Strand Road, Kolkata 700006, has cancelled the deal of selling Computer equipments to me as they were unable to supply the models and configurations required by me.

I have paid Rs. 1, 20, 820/- by cheque which they have refunded in cash and one cheque for Rs. 1, 60, 000/- was cancelled by be as it was not returned by them.

I have discussed all these events to Sri Indranil Dasgupta. Asst. Manager & Sri Ajay Singh of Sarat Bose Road Branch, Kolkata. However they have not taken any action and the Loan EMI of Rs. 24, 846/- was presented to my bank and I was given assurance that I will get refund of the same.

I therefore request you to look in the matter, cancel the loan and refund the amount of Rs. 24, 846/- at the earliest.
