CIBIL ISSUE

I have a personal loan from both HDFC and ICICI bank and Credit card from ICICI bank in 2008.

Due to some reasons i have not paid my EMIs regularly for around 6 month to 1 year.

After that in Feb- mar i have closed all these accounts by paid in full including late payment charges/cheque bounce charge and without any waiver.

Unfortunatly still my name is in defaulters list in CIBIL.I have requested so many times to the concern bank authorities to act on this.but still my name is there in cibil... kindly advice me further what can i do and what should i do?
