Sub.:-Refund of wrongly encashed cheque of Rs.1000.00 against not sanctioned HOUSE LOAN.

Ref.:-1.My application for house loan of Rs.4.0Lac. not sanctioned.

2.My cheque no.15023 dt.29.01.2003 for Rs.1000.00 (Encashable after sanction of applied loan of Rs.4.0Lac and confirming in writing.

3.My letter dated 28.02.2003 delivered to your Kota office & copy to your Jaipur office through courier.

4.My Reminder letter dated 10.01.2004. delivered to your Jaipur office through courier.

Dear Sir,

Kindly refer matter cited above & you are there fore once again requested to kindly arrange to refund the wrongly encashed amount Rs.1000.00 along with Intt. @12% accruing on monthly basis (as you are claiming on disbursed housing loans) & harresment compensation at the earliest and oblige.
