I took a home loan from ICICI bank in 2007 and regurlarly paying the EMI. I have taken a floating rate for my home loan. ICICI bank has incresed the interest rate from 9 % % to 14% in last too year. Only on first month was 9% then it is started like upertrend stock market, They are sucking the blood of customer. We are not in satuation to pay that much higher interest. for service matter is zero, if we asked for shcedule that will come in 1 months time, before customer notice they have change my tenure & EMI, everywhere we are getting loss in ICICI Bank.

Saving Account- Less interest

Fixed Deposit- Less Interest

NRI Account- Exchange rate is to bad, worst

Isurance- Bad fund manager

ICICIDIRECT- Speed is slow and brokarage is high.

Rest of banks are giving the loan in lower interest.

When ever they want new customer they will give service, after sale service is worst.

RBI should strictly look into this matter and save customers of ICICI bank. There shud be some strick rule if CRR or SLR or PLR increase ther will be no burdon on customers, because if CRR or Reverse repo comming down they are not cutting down there rates, now they said or prime lending rate is high.
