ICICI Bank Home Loan
Non- refund of Rs. 2500

Inspite of having discussed with the customer service centre over phone as well as through various mails to customer service centre, ICICI Bank has failed to respond by mails and also not giving me refund of Rs. 2500/- charged illegally to me at the time of foreclosure of my house loan a/c no. LBSNP00001224822, which was clear breach of contract of loan agreement signed between ICICI Bank and the undersigned. Moreover, while I send the mails to ICICI Bank Home loan customer service centre, they did not accept receiving of my mails sent through my above e-mail ID and each and every mail shows delivery fail. Why? Could you help me in getting me refund of Rs. 2500/-alongwith interest w.e.f 29-09.
