Hi,

ICICI Bank has not reduced the home loan rates for existing customers, while almost all other banks has done the same. I request RBI to take stringent action against them. For the home loaan which I have taken from ICICI in they are currently charging the interest at 12%! They are in a hurry always to increase the interest rates, but when it comes to decreasing the rates, they are very slow. In my opinion, they cheat customers who are mainly from middle class like me.
