Not colecting a payment from 1st day

I am having a home loan through icici bank with loan a/c no. LBDEL00001556284 ON 16 JUNE you people can, t believe from the first day till today their ECS is not reached to my A/c. After few months their agents starts calling me for the payment i said take it but i will not give you any charges or interest because it is your fault and give me the sorry letter in written, after a long telephony discussion with them i got a letter of due to technical reason we haven't present your ECS so please pay us the amount. From that time till the date after every 3/4 months they use to do the same process-er, even some time i have to make a call to them. Actually i am so worried if they send me the list of big charges and interest then what i will do. They are having a big lawyer but i will do!
