BRIBE ASKED BY ICICI RAJKOT LOAN HEAD

I have completed my all dues to bank towards home load i applied for Rs 680000/-.. This was settled in month of April and only and I approached ICICI Jai Hind Building office to home loan department where Asst Manager (not gave his name) told me that if you want your documents fast from our mumbai office, pay me Rs 5000/- ... else it may take several years also to get your original docs if you would not pay me
