Irregular bills &unneccssary interest

My card no 4477473887634009 i have recived a bill statement date 28/07/09 of amt 56031.59/- in this bill u have charged interest of rs 2674.15/- which is wrong as i didn`t get my last bill afterthat i paid rs 30000/- on 11/07/09

sir/madam as u see iam receiving bill after 2 months but i dont understand without receiving bill &paying rs 30000/-on my own why are u charging interest

sir please look in to this matter &my payments from last 3-4 years less this interest of rs2674-15/- from my act
