Fraud Transaction from my ICICI Account

Sir,

Sub:- Fraud Transaction from my ICICI Bank A/C (006401518277)

With reference to above, I am customer of ICICI Bank Drive in Road Branch Ahmadabad. I received a call from Bharat 02267679400. He asked me have you any net banking transaction today of 13000/. I replied no, I never used net banking transaction. He told, maybe someone has transacted 13000/ from your account. After 30 minutes, again he called me and gave service request no 107947137 and ICICI Consumer cares no Ahmadabad 079-66309878. I called and talked with Allwyn. With the reference of service request no. he suggested me to go in nearest branch. I went nearest branch Parimal Garden Ahmadabad and with Bhavesh. He told me we are doing our procedure.

I am very disappointed when my money will recover?

Please help.
