Veichel loan in icici bank

Sir

I Have applied the tractor loan in icici bank for agricultural purpose on 2006 feb and i got the loan according to my property security. I Paid three dues for every six months the amount is Rs50000/- per due. Now i am not able to pay the dues at the appropriate time and the icici bank executive said me.

" you are not get the loan for an agricultural purpose, you are under taken the loan as commercial purpose only. so if you are not paying means I am going to seize your tractor" and I Have received the notice from bank for the statement of seizing.

I want only the loan for agricultural purpose only and i dont want the commercial purpose ...(because lack of rains).

So this is my query now what can i do sir. please give me the reply please...,
