Refund of administrative charges for loan application no. 777 7451943

While planning to buy my house I had applied for home loan wiht ICIC, HDFC and Birla Home Finance. Finally I took from Birla. I received the administrative charges back from HDFC but didn t get it from ICICI bank.

While applying the sales guy told me that the charged amount will be refunded if I don t take the loan from them. But at the end all raised their hands and said it can not be refunded.

If I had knowen it earlier I woulnt have given Rs. 5600 to ICIC and could have just applied to HDFC and Birla.
