Wrong Credit information
Dear sir
I am having credit card of ICICI Bank No 4477469856874006.There is no dues at all. I have been informed by other bank authorities while applying for loan that my credit rating is showing default in CIBIL due to some outstanding against this card. It is very insulting and painful. I approached bank authorities but nothing happened. I want a written apology otherwise I would like to file a suit against them for my mental harassmentI would be grateful if matter can be taken and expedited.
