ICICI Bank Limited
I am being cheated bt ICICI bank

I wan owing a credit card of ICICI bank & few months before the settlement from the bank has been done & I have also made the payment. I am having the settlement letter as well as the receipt of the payment made. Still the bank is debiting amount from my account which I have with ICICI. It s been done thrice now.

Once they have also returned my money 4 months before but agian they have debited twice fromo my account. I have complaint about this several times even I have mailed to their customer complaint site but nothing has been done so far.

I want to file a case against ICICI bank ltd. for this kindly assist me how it is possible to file a judicial case against the bank. I have all the proofs with me.
