Icici bank deducting the amount from the account which was not received by me

Dear sir,

I have an account in your bank for the last two years.on 6.08.09 i have withdrawned rs.20000 from Sbi Atm through icici card. But the amount deducyed from my account was rs.25000.I was withdrwaling by rs 5000 each time.and for the fifth time when i swiped the card, money did not come out from Atm machine.some thing was written on the screen, you have crossed maximum limit, i can not recall the actual message what i have seen, but the meaning was that. I have complaine for two times in icici customer care, but they are saying that Sbi has reported that Rs.25000 was withdrawned where as i have only received rs.20000.

Rs.5000 is a big matter for me.please take this issue seriously and resolve this as soon as possible.
