Pure Fraud from ICICI bank

Respected sir,

ICICI agent cheated to me. Agent told me the minimum balance of account is 975 Rs. only. When my account opened then i have go to the parle office of ICICI direct then worker of ICICI bank told me 975 Rs. is the processing charge of account and you must maintain 5000 Rs. in account.

So i request to you please take some action against this cheating.
