My credit card bill of icici bank is illegal painful

My credit card customer no 5176537081146019 of icici. I had a bill Rs 5857/= . That was paid by me in time dated 10-7-08 . After that I paid a amount Rs 1300/=which was used by me. After that I gone out of my home city. When I come back to my home in december 08 i recived a stetment due was Rs. 2664.93 dated 28-11-08. I gone department of credit card icici bank kanpur but they didnot help me. I send a complaint (date 24-12-09) by Email to icici website in which I demand 1- I closed my current & seving a/c in may08 & inform to your Lucknow office by phone for stopping auto debit facility but you did not stop that facility. 2- You was not informed me about cash depposit fine. So I deposit my balence by cash. You fined me which was only Rs. 112.36 on date 22-7-08. ow that is Rs 2664.93. That is illegal & painfull so please cancil this due & cancil my credit card.

But bank didnot give any help in dues & stoped my credit card.

3- I demand plese send your letter in Hindi. Bank didnot send any letter.

Now bill of Rs. 112.36 is approx 6000/= in 8 month fine fine fine intterst S.T.

This is bigger than robbery. Help me & athers
