I have purchased one two wheeler through ICICI BANK in Arkonam, Tamil Nadu, India. my Loan Account No. LTARK00008739888. I have completed all my dues by Nov-08 and confirmed by my Bankers. I have approched many times in Vellore Icici Bank near to my native but no use. But now IcIcI told no proceeds received for the month of sep-08 from my Bankers. This I have confirmed with Indian Bank Arkonam and proceeds for the month of Sep-08 was sent to ICICI Bank on 20th Sep-08. I dont know where i have to approch after long period also. Why Icici is keep quit after getting full loan amount? and what is the remedy to solve this problem.
