Deduction of Quarterly amount

Hi Team,

This is regarding the saving bank account no 008701003473 in which Rs 1112 got deducted on 20th Oct without any intimtion of the increase in the quarterly balance from 5000 to 10, 000...

Request of reversal of this amount... Will take care in future... I am also working with ICICI Lombard and handling Delhi - Moti Nagar branch...
