PDC Cheque rejected and Penalty

Sir/Madam

I given a PDC cheque of ICICI bank Ltd., Cheque No. 313338 date 7/12/08 and Person submitted cheque on 4/02/08 and I have been penalised Rs. 56. This is totaly unfare to me.
