Withdraw of the money with stolen claque, forge signature with the help of ICICI bank staff help

As I am staying outside of the India for the job. I was doing investment in ICICI prolife insurance policy for my minor son. During my vacation in India from 19th June to 8th July. I was notice that against chaque no 295122 (which was lost/stolen) from my saving account 002601045407 INR 8- was with draw. I immediately contact ICICI bank at Nashik. Bank never gives any satisfactory answer. I give the written complaint at Brach and also on line complaint to ICICI customer care but till date no replay.

ICICI IS HIGLY IRESPONSIBLE BRACH.

I request forum member to guide me to resolve this issue.
