ICICI Credit Card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ICICI Bank credit card which is expired on 01/09 the new card is issued on Nov. 08 which is received by some other person he has done transection of RS 103000 with that wihch i was come to know when i got a recovery call from ICICI bank. then i Launched a complaint in ICICI Customer care the no is SR100213778. Then i went to there Jhandewalan Branch iwhich they showed me the Driving Licence No. of the person who received the card which is not matching with my licence no.. Then fill the form and asked for the XEROX copy of that but they refuse to give that. Now the bank deduct the amount from my ICICI Saving ban account no. 025401509589. i am very much tensed please suggetst me the solution of that
