ICICI Bank Ltd. deducted money Rs.1600.00 without any information

Sub:-Suddenly cut money (Rs.1600.00) without any information.

Dear Sir,

I am a saving bank account holder of ICICI bank (New panvel branch) from last few years. My a/c no 033401501726 (saving a/c).

In May, 13 2009 after deposit 200 rupees I found my balance has come Rs.-300.00.Which was Rs.1269.00 just few days before.

That is approx. Rs.1569 deducted from my deposit without any information. I asked to branch manager why this deduction, he said

this is due to minimum balance should be Rs.10000.00 othorwise money will be deducted. But why this information not given

to me in time. They told this information given in newspaper but it is unknown to me. Then I gave an applicationon 29.5.09 to return

back my deducted money Rs.1569 but nothing has done still now.

So, therefore, I request you to look into the matter and return back my money as early as possible.
