I am filing a Case in court against ICICI bank for below cheating tactics.

1) Cheated with higher fee for internal BT. ICICI Bank Credit officer -Harish Khandelwal (09983332076) and ICICI agent Rajesh Virmani (09829050400, 09810086087) promised me 0.5% fee, but chore icici bank charged 1.2%. Which is more than double the amount promised.

I visited the ICICI Bank Alwar Branch on 6th and 7th Nov and met Harish and Rajesh together. They said that the extra charges get imposed by mistake and promised that I will get my extra charges refunded by ICICI Bank. Rajesh promised me that he is working to get it refunded else he will pay from his pocket. But I want to know that when I will get my many back. Its almost three months there is no response from CHOR ICICI bank. (It seems they are using chore scheme to cheat old customers.)

2) Old loan accounts were not closed even after new account were opened and charged interest in both the account for full loan amount. New account opened on 31st July09 and old accounts closed in mid of Oct09. ECS are due in new account from Aug09. ECS deducted for old account till Oct09..

3) ICICI Bank withdrawn EMI for old account instead of new account from my saving account through ECS and Imposed bounce charges, late fee and interest charges in my both loan accounts and saving account.

4) There are few documents used for financing the new loan without my signature. I have verified them some one else did my signature. Which is illegal and Froude.

5) I was willing to transfer my loan accounts to SBI Bank with rate of interest 8% in the month of June but at the same time ICICI agent Rajesh Virmani informed me about internal BT low interest rate conversion scheme with total charges of 0.5% the interest rate decreased to 9.25%. I was agree to avoid precloser charges of 2%. But it was never happened in my case. I loosed my three month in struggling with ICICI bank and paying more interest and other bull shit charges. Now i don't have any more trust on ICICI CHORE Bank, i want to BT in SBI bank. I can't pay double fee to icici bank for internal BT and then BT to SBI.

6) I am also struggling to deal with mental harassment call from icici bank call center and Recovery agents for no mistake from my side. I have 20 years of clean track record in all of my bank accounts. But icici bank spoiled my track record.

I am not going to pay a single paisa to icici bank till i get all my issues resolved and all my refunds. I am not going to bear any loss due to your mistakes and cheatings.
