Foreclose of personal loan

Dear sir,

I have been taken STPL loan from icici bank ltd. My emi amt:1836/- per month. As per recovery agent, Rs 3- total outstanding and principal is Rs.25000/-.

I want some time for pay your total outstanding but recovery agent not giving time and mantly tourcher to me and taken a cheque from me amt: Rs20000/-, and said if cheque will bounce so i will complaint in police.

I have been mantly disturb and i can do susside. If you are not take any action i will suside and you will responsible for this.
