Cheque payment

Sir

I have deposited an Hdfc cheque no.083821 of Rs20000/= (twenty thousand) in my ac no.003701034782 with ICICI bank, but they have credited by Rs.= (two thousand only).

I have the complaint with Krishna nagar branch, 120hr has been passed still I have not received money. I have deposited the bank statement of person from whom I have received the cheque duly cleared by Rs.20000/=

The cheque was dropped in the bank on 8th and on 10th Rs. = was credited. Almost 10days has been passed with this error. I am not getting any response from ICICI Bank by when I will get my money

This has put me in lot of trouble.i am not able to make cards payment and other needs.

Please help me in getting my money and adequate damages for the time i have suffered.
