RATE OF INTEREST CHANGING

Hi,

I've taken a loan from Icici through represent of icici, initially he told that "icici will give with 16% rate of interest, for that i agreed and I've taken 3lacs loan and the loan account number LPPUN00013922777" after 15 days I've received a call from icici loan department, that time I found that, the rate interest is 19.25%. I called to my representative, and customer care, they have taken my request, but they didn't resolved my problem yet.

Then who will listen my problem, who will solve my problem. This type cheating I've never seen in my life.we people blindly beliving this guys (icici represents or icici people).
