Received Balance amount 10 sep. 2007 but Credit in the statement 10 march (After 180 Days)

Dear Sir,

I have been received a letter regarding delay in BT payment amount Rs. 5000 /- from ICICI BAank Credit Card Cell but I suffered for big trouble from ICICI Bank ridiculous mistake. I paid the big cost to your mistake it terms of financial & mental aspect.

As financial I paid huge amount to SBI & you as Late fee, Service charge & Service tax and as mental I was in big pressure from the last one year regarding my card payments & the collection Executive calls.

Sir SBI letter attached with all details (Cheque no. 727020 dated 3/09 cleared in March 08 but the above cheque has been cleared on 10/09 from State Bank of Travancore, New Delhi Commercial Branch, KG Marg. SBT A/c No. 67017287410).

Kindly give the proper direction for the same because of 18 Months had been passed continuously follow-up's NO Responce.
