Illegal blockage of my S.B.A/C

Inspite of siveral mail massage dated 02/08 to 26/08 as regards my credit card settlement, Icici bank did not responded andb suddenly applied 'Lien Mark' on my account based on their outstnding claims of Rs 32118.39/- instead of Rs 3222.27/- and on 5th oct09 the said amount has been debited to their credit card outstanding which is false and was febriceted though it was mentioned during the above period
