Icici bank Ltd t/w loan
Department is not issued my pf

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am working in icici bank ltd in two wheeler loan as a team leader jun to june. When bank closing the loan after that i applied my pf to pf department. I am sending my documents to the department in december. But after six Month they not issued my pf.i am call there office in kanpur a lot of time but they will not give me any satisfied answer. After that now i am sending you a request to please help me to provide my pf from the department.and my pf account no is (up/29550/172)..Here is mentiond the contact no of the department..
