NON TRANSFER OF FUNDS

I have transffered 500 pounds from my local HSBC account to ICICI Account in Lyods TSB bank in UK For the funds to be transferred to My india account for my fathers but ICICI Bank is claiming that they have not received the money from my HSBC Bank. since last 20 days they have asked me several times to provide different different type of informations and asked to wait for 48 hours every time but till now it is not solved and my funds are blocked.
