Foolish Policies to Make customers FOOLS!

Hi, A personal Loan offer was reflecting in my ICICI Savings account & even many executives from the bank were contacting me for the same to apply. One bad day when I was really In need of money I have applied for it. I have submitted all the documents they asked me for & I have recieved all stupid phone calls & aerogant executives who came to my office & recidence for verification purpose. After two days when I called customer care to know the status of the loan, they said " the bank has withdrawn the offer from my account, so they cant sanction my loan!!! " I was not feeling sad if the rejection happened because of me & my eligibility criteria. It happened because the bank withdraw the offer when customer submitted everything & undergone all the verification process!! For the loan purpose I Have submitted many documents including few original copies, now they r not giving my original documents back saying " bank policies". It sounds quite aerogant, they took my documents (original) & they r not giving me back... I dont know who idiot has made these kind of policies which hurts customers...

I HATE ICICI... Im waiting to C the bank in a deep crisis & all their property set for an auction!!! I would rather spend all my property and buy atleast one asset of the bank in auction.
