Harassment By ICICI BANK ATHORISED COLLECTION STAFF

Dear Sir

With reference to above I have taken personal loan form ICICI BANK my loan account is LPABD00008105961, they have sanctioned my loan against my post dated chaque Due to change of my address i missed to pay some of the installments, so the ICICI BANK laid charges out of proportion, ICICI BANK authorized collection officer approached me and assure me that if I pay double installments for four five months than he can menage to remove the charges laid by ICICI BANk but after four months he said sorry its not possible it is only possible when you foreclose the loan and without my consent bring the foreclose letter and force me to repay the loan within a day which was not possible for me so I refused to do so during all this the collection officers and their representative constantly phone me and without any intimation any time came to my home and harassed me mentally and even defame me in my locality, so I want pay my remaining loan amount through court only because of the harassment of the ICICI BANK authorized collection staff.

All the above matter may kindly be treated as very urgent and necessary orders in the matter may kindly be issued as early as possible.

I am waiting from you a dramatic breakthrough which is legally possible.
