The payment cheque against the payment for the due date 10.03.2009 was dropped in ICICI bank Andheri (W) drop on 07.03.09 at 1.00 P.M.

The late fee charges are levied in my current statement.

Kindly explain and reverse the late fee charges from the current statement dated 20.03.2009
