ICICI Bank Savings Account
REVERSAL OF ACCOUNT OPENING FUND

HI,

I had applied to open a saving account in icici bank (kolkata) on 17/03 with cash. For some verification reason it was declined. So i was suppose to get the money back, i was told that i would get the refund withen 3 days, but till today (06/04) i had not recieved my money back. I m not getting proper response by the bank. Therefore Please advise me what action to be taken next.
