ICICI bank SB account
Deduscted money from SB account without any instruction from customer and with no justification

In the month of February ICICI Bank has deduscted Rs.59, 000/- from my SB account as I could not pay credit card dues for 3-4 months due to personal problems. ICICI bank representative was in touch with me during those crisis period of mine and finally I resumed paying in the month of November. In between without my knowledge and instruction they had imposed and freezed some heavy amount of Rs.65, 000/- in my account and thats during when I already started paying, after getting harassed in everyway by various officials of the bank and escalating the matter to Mr. K.V.Kamath, so called CEO of that bank who doesn't have the guts to come back to a customer with any justification, they finally deducted the money from my account without my written or verbal or any instruction. I am filing a suit against the bank and taking very strongly with RBI also this case. Want to take ICICI Bank for a task for this.
