Icici bank vs Axis bank

I'm a icici chennai customer. I went to a axis bank to withdraw 5000/-. Since in my native place there is no icici atm. My native is Chittoor, A.P. But my transaction with axis failed. I got message like unable to process (security person with me). I went another atm (indian bank), tried to withdraw, it shown insufficient balance. I login to my icici account, and it shown transaction successfully done with Axis atm. I gave a complaint (complaint id: 98706332) regarding with icici customer service on 3rd march. They told me to wait 12 business days, that is till 16th march.

I called to icici today and they informed to me that wait 12 business days. because axis says that transaction was successfully made. I shocked. How could it possible, since I didn't get money. Icici customer service person informed me that they took one more complaint through visa.

Please help me, what to do?

5000/- is not a small amount.

Any help would be great appreciated.
