Credit card payment

I am using icici credit card past 1yr. During that time icici lumbard they offered me some 2 policies but after took that policy nearly 8 months i have not got any policy detail. Then i decided to cancel it. I lodged compliant to Lumbard (ICICI) to cancel both the policy they accepted but when i got the icici bank statement that month they are credited some amount and in the next month they are deducting almost twice the amount which was credited in the last month.

When i asked reason for this deduction from icici bank and icici Lumbard health policy provider they are not telling clear reason for this and they are blaming each other.

I stopped all my credit card payment after this issue and i informed the same to icici bank people who are calling for payment. And everytime different people will call after explaining whole story they will tell we will come back but i am getting every month statment with penalty and amount is increasing drstically. Eventhough i am ready to sortout this issue but bank people not showing any interest on this inturn they are threatening me by saying that they lodge compliant to RBI thro' their statment.

I need a help from some authorised person to sortout this issue.
